Yeah that looks like egg sacks buddy get it removed and have a check of your plant/plants. Get rid of everything you can see and spray these down with pest control (abamectin i would recommend but plenty to choose from). If its a wild infestation you should be able to get it under control no problem as they will have no resistance to the pest control you select

Sorry mate spiders have many downsides to the plants.
Webs all over your flower wich taste bad
Webs on leaves, reducing photosyntesys
They might attack the plant (species dependant)
They may attract other insects that may could be major herbivores.
And there are more... these were just from the top of my mind.

Those are spider egg sacks, EXTERMINATE IMEDIATLY or TERMINATE THEM

First Grow 4 weeks into Veg - Let my humidity get too high for 1 night. Pest infestation left my plant folded and weak. I treated it, but now blacked out leaves?Ants were farming an oval shaped bug's secretions that was eating my stem and going underground, leaving a trail of a film-like substance.
