Thanks a lot guys, i imagined there was not much to do. But once the buds are dry the risk is over? I keep on immagining that there are spores everywhere which just wait to germinate...! And there are quite a few buds where mold is not visible yet, they look perfectly healthy, but with the microscope I can see the firs hyphe developing.... are they doomed? should I through those away as well?

If humidity was fine, you wouldn't have bud rot. Nothing you can do to treat it, cutting it away/off and disposal is the only way to "treat" what is already there. Apart from that, everything GingerNinjaGenetics said. I sympathize with you, it does happen from time to time,...... Organoman.

Remove all damaged areas completely.and immediately. Take very close watch to environmental concerns. Dehumidify, defoliate, air circulation, early harvest maybe? Good luck.

Remove any of the buds that you find to have bud rot, clean the shit out of your room your drying in, cut up larger colas in order to speed up drying and reduce moisture on the inside of the buds and drop the humidity more. You'll lose a bit of quality drying faster but you'll save it from rotting
