24 days since I switch to 12-12 Flower, my Durban Poison is still stretching and the only Pistils I have are the tiny pre-flower pistils, is this unusual? Should I be concerned? No light leaks I can find.

Don't stress champion! I had exactly the same concern with my Blue Gelato. Stretching can last many weeks depending on the strain, and pistils will appear as the plant matures. The differences between strains is why I only do single-strain grows now, as it can be hard to manage with different timings. Kind of like having a whole lot of different cakes in the same oven - almost always a compromise and never optimal. If you put a whole lot of the same in there, then it can be perfect for the timing of the flowering for that strain. If you want to reduce the stretch, increase the amount of blue light in your spectrum. Blue light discourages stretching, red and far red light encourage stretching. Based on your "Durban Dream" diary, it looks like you only have 250 watts spread across 3 or 4 plants? I would say you probably could do with some higher-intensity light. The lower intensity will have the effect of slowing down development and making stretchier plants. However, looking at your pictures - your plants look very healthy and fine to me. Cannabis when it's happy just grows and grows, which can sometimes make it difficult to give it enough room! Good luck :)
