Hey there mate ;i saw your pics from week 12 and they certainly look like they can take 2 to 3 weeks more!!! Give some light p and k nutes in alternate feedings for 1 week atleast. Then 2nd week ; give half dose and then flush for atleast 5 days more. She will fatten up in this coming weeks. For harvest ; see to it that all the pistils are brown ; not only tops ;but lower buds too and more specifically check trichomes. They tunr from transparent to milky to amber. Would say cut at 20% amber to 80% milky trichomes and you shall love the high. Hope that hepls....
