For a start, growing 2 plants in the same pot will give you 2 half sized plants due to the plants competing for everything - water, nutrients and light.
Each plant needs its own pot and space to grow in.
Having the fan blowing directly on your plants and so much and so close will stress them and lead to smaller plants as they are spending a lot of energy to fight the wind, just like small trees growing near the ocean. Try to have your fan blowing between the top of the plants and the bottom of the light.
Now that they are flowering, they will not grow very much bigger, and is typical of auto flowers growing in less than ideal conditions. Autos are rubbish in my opinion and if you are after yield and much easier to grow plants, grow normal photoperiod plants instead, they will perform much better and with less trouble, all while using less electricity to get a harvest.
