For a start, growing 2 plants in the same pot will give you 2 half sized plants due to the plants competing for everything - water, nutrients and light. Each plant needs its own pot and space to grow in. Having the fan blowing directly on your plants and so much and so close will stress them and lead to smaller plants as they are spending a lot of energy to fight the wind, just like small trees growing near the ocean. Try to have your fan blowing between the top of the plants and the bottom of the light. Now that they are flowering, they will not grow very much bigger, and is typical of auto flowers growing in less than ideal conditions. Autos are rubbish in my opinion and if you are after yield and much easier to grow plants, grow normal photoperiod plants instead, they will perform much better and with less trouble, all while using less electricity to get a harvest. Hope this helps,..... Organoman.

That fan is running a little strong and causing wind stress in my opinion. I'd raise it and point it downward towards the plants so it's not going to do any more damage. Or a weeker fan.

How many hours a day is the light on? You probably want 16 hours at the minimum but I think 20 would be better with that light and some people run the light 24 hours for autos. Your plants look good and 40-45cm is a normal height for many auto varieties at mid life so I would not panic. I sorta consider auto's to be dwarf varieties. I couldn't see clearly in the video (a still photo in white light would be great) but your plants look like they might be in early flower and will stretch and get taller. How much they stretch will depend on the variety but I think the size looks good for now. The 1000w is a marketing lie. Your light from what I found online is actually about 110 watts. You may need to move the light closer or add more light to increase yield. But, always pay attention to what your plants are telling you. If you move the light closer pay attention to signs of heat stress or light burn on the top of the plant and be ready to move the light further away if needed.
