Early LST gave me a nice canopy but has really slowed upwards growth. Running a Mars ll 1200W with both switches on in 3x3 at 24" Was wondering any advice on gaining height? Other than patience lol :p

Your doing really well there fine. When you LST like you have then your looking to get the tops nice even and vertical before you flip to 12/12. I have noticed when i have my plant heavily LST'd the vertical growth can slow down but its never a concern. Just keep doing as you are becuase its exactly what your looking for.

Moving your light up will make them stretch a bit but I don't recommend it. They are growing beautifully. Remember they will at least double in size the week after you flip.

Height doesn't really matter much tbh.. As long as there's enough space for the buds to grow. Height is basically the plant stretching upwards to get closer to the sun, to absorb as much light as possible so it can use the energy from it to break down the nutrients in the soil and grow bigger. Since you're using an LED, you can always lower it as needed, if you want the plant to be closer to the light, depending on the heat the LED produces - IF you want it to gain height, then just raise the LED instead, and it'll start stretching more to get closer to it.
