Slow grow,what can be wrong ?

Hi guys , i planted on the 22nd of June,there was almost no sun in UK for couple of weeks.One plant started to grow but second one does not grow or grow slowly,I water it once the soil gets dry (3 times a week). Please let me know if it is still possible to grow anything ?

Hello You could try doing some supplemental lighting when it's really lacking sun. Are you checking the ph? I think as long as it's getting a good wet/dry cycle it will most likely pull through this slump. Especially if its a photoperiod plant, if it's autoflower then it definitely needs some special TLC.

Likely, not enough sunlight. If you have a grow light of any kind to juice it up a little that would be the best option. Even a cfl bulb.
