If growing outside, what is the best way to calculate lamp (star) to plant distance for the journal each week based on time of year and rotation of our lovely planet? I am being facetious, of course! It's just a fun question for you all. Hope everyone out there good!

You would have to consider the earth rotation and axis alignment as well as you position to the equator. Also there’s the suns rotation around our galaxy and in turn our galaxies rotation around the universe itself and the gravitational pulls of each I turn pulling on each other at precise points in time and space! And don’t even get me started on the position in the celestial time space continuum factors you have to take into account... just grow indoors man, way easier! Lmao... cheers 💨

I think setting your room type to Outdoors would remove that question but I would guess approx 148,197,640 kilometers?

This question reminds me of the debate of light.. is it a ray or a wave? Haha science hasn’t proven one way or the either yet. But cool to think about the way sun light can travel so far and have so much energy left to grow a plant on earth.
