Any kind of light will work, but some more efficiently than other.
You need to compare light production (lumen or par), that will be advertised or labeled on the lamps.
With that in mind you can better compare other options.
But they will work!

I used to put 3 extra lights 20 cm below canopy, leave many large leaves at the top and lollypop 30%. 30% is definitely not enough even with those 20w LEDS (50% is probably better).
