Yes. I always do. Your light requirements are less intense in vegging. So light won't need to be as close or bright if a dimmer is available.

Is your machine helper leaking light?Everyone has their ACs and dehumidifiers and whatnot machines in the grow space. Are you covering every little light of those machines in the flowering chamber? Many hermies will be avoided with some aluminium tape. Stay safe, cover those lights and grow ganja!Setup. Lighting

Lighting cycle for VEG stage. Is 24x7 OK?Hi,
Should I use the VEG lights 24x7 from the time I plant my seed until it's ready to bloom, or would something like 18 hours on and 6 hours off make more sense? Is there a "best practice" for veg lighting? It has worked for my first 3 grows. VIPARSPECTRA 600W LED

Switching from led to hps for flower?Howdy, does anyone switch from a blurple led board for veg, to a hps or similar style light for flower? Why, why not? Should i raise the lamp to force the strech?I had the light the past few weeks 30cm over the plant on 100% wich has 930ppfd in 20h duration it was all together 65 DLI.
I want to force the strech from now. Do you think i should raise the light up tp 50cm over the plant?

As I'm growing an autoflower should I be using the bloom setting on my LED light instead of veg setting?
It's only a 200w system and I'm growing in a 3'x3'x6' tent.
My plant has just done 28 days from seed!!
