I'm going to rule out calcium as you are feeding and quite heavily too. could be insects under the spots on the leaves or just simply spilt nutrient water. 👍🌱

Brown dark spots on fan leafAny clue what this is? It only appeared on 1 of the plants and only on 1 of the fan leaves. The brown color has kind of a metallic shine to it. Rusty Leaves3 upper fan leaves have "rusty" brown spots on the upper side. Hard to spot, hard to capture on camera.
I also have slight "clawing" on many of the upper leaves.
Mg/Ca lockout because of nitrogen toxicity possible?
