There are some nutrient deficiencies that can cause poor growth of internodes, but it seems more likely it's a light issue, in that it's not strong enough to promote internode growth without training. How many watts is your light?

To much stretch can I send her to flower I've planted a feminized cream and cheese that outside began a bad stretch from poor sunlight. I moved inside put more dirt now again its top is to heavy. Can I start 12 and 12 sending it to flower before it's to big? Its 5 to 6 weeks in veg already.

Why is my plant so lanky? how can i get it to fill out more. Week 5 I have a plant thats tall and lanky. I definitely over watered it a bit, but for it's height i think something else is off. its on a 22/2 cycle getting about 200 ml feeds every other day. Plants too tall in back row.The plant's in the back row are too tall. We cut the tops of the trellis boxes off about 18 inches. Even with LST I still think they're too tall. With the plants in pre-flowering (10 days) should we cut the top of the plants off or is this a bad choice? What do you recommend?

Oh no! I didn't give them the proper light power and they stretched too much!The girls are already in their final containers and they are only 1 week old. Any tips what should I do to fix this issue and avoid stressing them out while I do it? Perhaps I should just use a guide? Add more soil? (it's already near to the top tho) or should just ignore it?
