Hi, just one good, close up and clear picture would have helped to answer this question more specifically.
As it is, it seems there are still many white pistils, indicating she has a bit longer to go yet.
If you prefer a heady, clear, psychoactive and trippy high, harvest when there are still about 5% whitish pistils (hairs) left.
If you prefer a sleepy, lazy and heavy body stone, harvest once all the pistils have browned off.
The sleepy, lazy stone is a result of some of the THC having broken down into CBD and CBN, 2 non-psychoactive cannabinoids.
Harvesting when there are still about 5% white pistils will give you flowers at the peak of THC purity, quality and quantity, giving you a more trippy and cerebral high.
So, it is up to you and which sort of effect you prefer.
Judging flower maturity by pistil condition is a more true reflection of the plants health, for it is plant health that determines cannabinoid chemistry and not trichome colour. It is also much easier for new cultivators to judge maturity, rather than trying to analyse trichome composition.
