Yellowing on new leaves and some other issues

you're seeing lockout symptoms : deficiency alongside nutrient burn, from the yellowing on the serrated edges of the leafs it's from micronutrients. Based on your feed you're feeding at least two micro nutrients and probably more based on the contents of the rest. So i would say, try watering the medium until runoff, then water about 30/40% as much more to flush, then pick your nutrient line up in a simple way : one NPK , one micro, one additive ; if not, then at least see which of the two micro nutrients you want to keep, maybe ease off off one additive also.
