Those aren't burnt and it's not a cal-mag issue, the pictures your showing are showing pistils and those will turn a brown/orange color as they mature.

Yellow TipsHey all anyone knows what this can be? She had trips and I put to much neemoil on the leaves that's why she looks like this with the leaves. My plant has nutes burn AND Phosphorus deficiency...Hi! I started week 4 of flower with a PK excess (nute burn) so I flushed the medium. I started the nutes the following watering cause I saw some PK deficiency appearing. But now, my plant shows signs of both nute burns AND Phosphorus deficiency. Medium: Super Soil mix in 2 gallon fabric pots. Top dressed with Gaia green dry amendments 444 and 284 at a 1 to 2 ratio. Once a week.
Watered when dry between 6.3 and 6.8 ph.

Does anyone knows if should I flush the pot ahead of time to reduce nutrients levels?As you can see from last pic from week 6, I have used pre amended soil with 2.5 % of Nitrogen on dry mass. (sorry for the italian).
