Maybe not,its a bit long but still poss.You didn't plant it too deep like a lot of people do did you.It only needs to be the depth of the seeds,a few mm.

3/6 seeds not coming above groundAfter two weeks of having seen sprouts coming out of all 6 seeds between paper towels, I've only seen 3 come above ground.
