Sadly, I don't think she's doing well at all. In fact, I would pitch her and try again... it looks to me like she was badly overwatered when she first popped out of the soil and has died because of that. Seedlings need to grow in moist, not wet, soil - and cannabis needs to have a definite moist/dry cycle to their substrate.
Condolences - but don't give up... try again!

Ready to harvest?I took these pictures of the trichomes today. I heard trichomes should be 2/3 milky and 1/3 orange. On my pictures i dont see much milky trichomes but a lot of orange ones.
