you cant tell anything , get her to natural light.
for beginning of third week its not the worst i ever seen, even if its end of week 3, you still can get good harvest.

Germination is taking longer than usual even if seeds sproutsI used the paper towel method and put the seeds in the soil when the white root were longer than 1cm under a plastic bottle for humidity, even if the white root is out the green part is not growing in 3 different seeds. Inside of seed stuck on cotyledon leaves keeping them togetherHas anyone ever had the inside of the seed stay on and keep the two cotyledon leaves together? The outer hard shell has come off.
