Should I put these seedlings in the open, or leave in the propagator?

I've got these ladies into a 8cm fibre pot. Should I leave them outside the propagator where it is 40-50% humidity & 24 degrees Celsius, or leave them in the propagator where it is around 70-80% humid and around 28 degrees during the day?

For your seedling, you should go with the second suggestion of 70-80% humidity and 28°C, the humidity is too low for seedlings in the first scenario, and if you could keep the humidity at 70%,80% seems a bit high.
