too much or too little water issue?

I am concerned that I may be over/underwatering plants, I'm currently watering 1x a day @ 16oz per pot, the pots are three-gallon

Hi. 16 oz is ok for whole first week. It's better for cannabis when soil is almost dry at early stage.

Helmet head help!!!!So I had a seed that sprouted days ago that still had helmet head. I read online to gently squeeze with a pair of tweezers& remove it . I tried and soon found out that it just wasn't done it business. It was a few inches tall though. Will it bounce back or die. Anything I can do?

Is bad if my auto outdoor seed receive less than 8hrs of light?Hi, Currently I’m in the week 2 with a seedling Tangie auto from BSF and in the week 1 with a Al auto from fastbuds, both outdoor I’m in the end of summer and I notice that I have 6hrs of direct sun light per day? Slow/stunted seedling, why?One seedling is stunted, why? One of the seedlings is noticeably slower than the other, it’s leaves are curled under and there’s a brown spot on one of its Cotyledons. The other seedling is being treated identically and seems to be thriving 😕 (last photo)
