too much or too little water issue?

I am concerned that I may be over/underwatering plants, I'm currently watering 1x a day @ 16oz per pot, the pots are three-gallon

Hi. 16 oz is ok for whole first week. It's better for cannabis when soil is almost dry at early stage.

How much should I be letting the coco dry out for these seedlings?

After seedling came out above the surface I did big mistake. I remove shell which stuck to cotyledons. It caused the damage one cotyledon and it getting dray and this baby is growing slowly.

RH ... struggleHi . I think I’m missing something here.can’t get my humidity over 44/45 in a 2x2x2.2 tent-600w ..5” rv extraction fan-plenty of fans moving the air.
Damp towels x bowl of water.

Starting new grow using Mother Earth coco per 70/30This is my 3rd try, I cant get past the seedling stage. Im being told that Im overwatering.
