I am concerned that I may be over/underwatering plants, I'm currently watering 1x a day @ 16oz per pot, the pots are three-gallon

Hi. 16 oz is ok for whole first week. It's better for cannabis when soil is almost dry at early stage.

to much light?In an attempt to save some energy i hung my light about 10cm away from my seedlings. i measured the ppfd and dialed it to about 280.
After a week of grow my autos look realy small and get yellow spots on their leafs. Humidity:70-80% and about 25°c. any suggestion?

Distance from pot to light during germinationWorried about our light power and distance to the pots, should we be running it at full power with the light higher in the tent or vice versa? Second seed had been growing wrong way up.Turns out my second seed was growing upside down and the taproot had been growing towards the light for ~8 days. I've since transplanted and the seed doesn't seem to be growing much at all; although it has changed colour from being a yellowish hue to green. Is it likely a dud now6y ago

Strong light the first two days, approx. 400 ppfd. adjusted to 240.

I watered the 1L pot with 100ml, then about 4 days later I watered again with approximately 50ml, and today I watered with a little splash, 10ml.
In the first week: is it better to water in smaller doses more often?
Or let it dry completely? The substrate is: humus/vermi/coco.

Semilla auto DOBLE!!!One auto seed is coming out double for me. First, I saw two parallel roots coming out, and now two independent stems are growing. I've already separated the stems a bit since they were a little tangled. Should I try to completely separate both stems and attempt to transplant one or not?
