I would leave all three turned on and move the light up or down as needed. I would leave the light on for 16-18 hours a day providing low to moderate light. There are free light meter apps you can download on your phone. They aren't calibrated or 100% accurate but they can get you pretty close and make getting the proper amount of light easy. I like the app PPFD meter. Then search online for "daily light integral chart" which will help you work the balance between how much light for how many hours a day. Also, looking at your diary that fan with hose in front of it isn't going to do much. Fan's are great at moving air in the open but can't generate the pressure needed to move air through a hose very well. Blowers intended for the job are much better at forcing air through restrictions like ducts and bends. When your plant matures and gets a strong smell you probably will want a charcoal filter to control the smell and will definetely need a exhaust blower to make it work. What are the photos of ingredients for? You have a great mix already with Fox Farm Ocean Forest so I'm curious what you are doing with all the other stuff. Did you mix your own soil? Are you using Ocean Forest? Did you add those other things to Ocean Forest?

I would investigate what these white/red/blue means. If red is for infrared then it's better to turn off this during seedling and veg because it promotes stretching, which is undesired in limited space and actually useless if not in flowering. White (or blue) might stand for ulraviolet, which is great for seedling and veg, and the third one should be the normal spectrum which is always on. I suggest you to investigate the meaning of these switches, if uncertain you can leave all 3 on, it won't harm the plant anyway, but stretching from infrared can be annoying as space is being taken for nothing

i'd use them all and adjust intensity -- dimmer or distance from plant. use "stretch" to fine-tune how much light you provide... if it gets lanky, it needs more... if growth nodes stack on top of each other it needs less.
