Harvest time?

tip: if you have a DSLR camera which you can change lenses with, you can actually turn the lens around and hold it in place with your hand to get macro shots. focusing is tricky but it works! but yea as far as it goes to harvesting, when most of the trichomes are golden/amber color. though some people decide to harvest slightly earlier because it is said you get a more clear high when smoking. But if you want your weed to be as potent as possible, when most trichomes (~80%) are golden or amber. if you got a 100% sativa strain, you can be looking at up to 18 weeks of flowering. By looking at your photos you are no where near harvest yet. i personally wouldnt follow the pistils too much. they tend to change color on different times depending on strains but it is a pretty good indicator if you really have nothing else.
