Wait until about 90-95% of the pistils are brown, this will give a more mind bending head high with the highest THC levels and quality and waiting until all pistils are brown will give you a more sleepy and heavy type of body stone due to THC breaking down into CBD and CBN faster than new THC is replacing what is breaking down. Harvesting before 90% brown pistils will mean low levels of incomplete cannabinoids, producing flowers with a reduced affect.
