A pH of 4.5 is extremely acidic and at this level will stop most nutrients to be unavailable, leading to your plant suffering multiple deficiencies.
You will need to increase the pH for proper plant growth and top dressing your pot with lime or dolomite will do this, but add a small amount, 1-2 tablespoons, water in, then check your pH again a week later and add another 1-2 tablespoons weekly until the pH rises up to between 6.5 and 7.2, seeing as how you are using soil.
Adjusting the pH is a long and gradual process and is not something that can be remedied quickly. I would suggest never using this substrate again, having the capacity to become 4.5 without adding anything other than plain water, points to serious quality issues.
Adding or foliar spraying with cal/mag will not help your plant at this stage.
Your plants will only recover once the soil pH gets back to a more normal level of above 6.0 as the absolute minimum, for healthy growth.
Checking the pH a week after application will allow some time for the lime to work its magic.
It may be worth contacting the manufacturer for comment.
Hope this helps,.......
