Still new to this, to me this is starting to look like pretty clear early signs of pollen sacs, is it a boy or still too early to tell?

Hi, yes, that's a pollen sac. You have two options. Either carefully remove all the pollen you find. I would only do that when the plant is close to harvest. Because if you miss one, as soon as it opens, you'll have pollen everywhere, and it lasts forever and can also pollinate future grows. The second option is to remove them. That's what I would do, so you're sure nothing happens. It's a shame, but it happens sometimes.

Don’t stress at all if they are small and not growing from bud sites just place them off. I bet they are only growing in the lower parts of your plant where you cut stuff off or there isn’t much light. This is a very common thing with feminized seeds especially if you have not kept your ph level perfect Just place them off they won’t grow back. Or you can let a few of them grow until you see them start to look kinda yellow and about to open you can pull them off and shake the small amount of pollen on a fingertip and rub that finger on a couple lower bud sites. Then you will have like 20 seeds or so per bud sites you poll
