It looks fine if a bit stretchy, I would try to put it closer, use the back of your hand to judge how close to place the seedling, as long as it feels warm and comfortable, the seedling will be fine. As for tips, be wary of over watering, it is the most usual mistake even experienced growers make, give it no more than a cup of water and then let th esoil dry completely before doing ti again. I strongly advice for you to get a pH meter, and use it every watering (you can adjust the pH with apple vinegar to lower the pH), it will help you avoid trouble further along the way.

For to say anything to your Grow i need informations, maybe you will fill out the form and give us some datas. But what i can say is, you are growing an automatic plant, and those are best thing plantet after germintion in their final pot. I would recommend you to fill and Min, 11l pot with fluffy slight fertilised soil ( biobizz/ plagron) and you are rid of many problems for around 5 weeks. Watch your waterings, statr with small amounts. Use a cup to water them for a week ( 5 days). if soil is knuckledeep dry water again

Hey there so ive got a seedling thats doing this and mainly it was down to the soil and peatmoss pod not drying out enough, thenpod had stayed wet a muddy way too long. So id say watch your watering and make sure you've got good drainage in the bottom of the cups, holes or something. Try to keep some moving air in the day, but also putting a clear cup on top to hold in humidity helps too(mist the cups with some water). And with the florescent light i think keeping them 8 inches away is good, they'll stretch if its too far and that'll tell you to move closer. Happy Growing good luck with those little seedlings ✌️💚🌱

If you're using LED then 12 inches, if you're using HID then 50cm. Right now the seedling is stretching too much, means you should lower your lights and have them closer. Good luck my friend! 🚀
