Leave or repot?

dropped seed about halfway of pot. It’s now growing, it looks like seedling stretches quite a bit to surface (grow question a. pic) Should I leave or transfer to new pot? it’s a 26 litre pot so quite large for auto, the only size I can transfer to is 11 litres. Dry nutes in soil

Even though you're not supposed to transplants autos, in this case, you're going to need to so the roots of both plants are getting what they need, two plants one pot will become a problem.

Growing 2 plants in one pot is really not advisable, they will compete for everything - water, space, nutrients, light, - everything.
Instead of two plants, you end up with two half plants.
Transplanting is your only real option, sooner rather than later too, otherwise it will be difficult to get the smaller seedling out without doing too much damage to the roots.

Soil problemsSo I have switched my grow medium to soil and perlite from Bat-special. I give my plants 2L of water every 4 days but the soil never holds the water as all of it comes out the bottom. is this normal? there is so much runoff. 2L of water shouldn't be pouring out a 25L pot.
