I don't think there is much to worry about, those yellow blotches with straight lines are not burns, burns will have irregular shapes. The discoloured sections are known as "variegation" and is quite common in cannabis plants, something to do with pigmentation and chlorophyll distribution. Also perlite is completely inert and can not cause any damage to plants and distilled water is not good for plants either. Really, perlite or vermiculite should make up only about 5% max of your substrate, it has no nutritional value and is only added to soil as an aid to drainage, something most modern mixes have already without needing additional perlite or vermiculite. Your plant will grow just fine with her variegated leaves, sometimes they grow out of it, at other times plants will continue their whole lives with variegated leaves and others again, will only grow the occasional one, something like one in every 12-15 leaves. It will not cause any issues with health, yield or potency and is just a little genetic "quirk" of this particular plant. Hope this helps,.............. Organoman.

@Jaythegrower, too much perlite wouldn't do this, and after doing some research on your soil I'm guessing the pre-amended soil could be the issue.

It's either wind burn or nutrient burn.
