Going up to 100 wont effect your plants if they are healthy and well hydrated, they are outdoor plants "designed" to cope with all sorts of adversity and extreme weather conditions, so a few warmer days here or there, and at a relatively mild 70 degrees, is not going to upset them in the least.
Cannabis is not a dainty precious plant that some people make it out to be, and your grow does not need every single parameter to be exact for you to be able to harvest some tasty and potent flowers to be proud of.
Unfortunately, some people make others think that if they don't have everything exact to their set of "rules" that obviously the cultivator is not up to the task and that they are somehow heathens in the cannabis cultivation world. Just relax and keep your plant happy and no need to worry over minute details that will not effect your pants yield or potency by anymore than one tenth of one percent at most. The idea is to have fun, not stress over "am I doing this exactly right?" It all depends on keeping everything "middle of the road" or in the "Goldilocks zone". That is,- not too hot, not too cold, - not too wet and not too dry,- not too much food and not too little. Worrying about everything down to the third decimal point is, well, pointless. There are no quality or quantity police going to check your harvest results, just take it easy and observe and learn from each and every grow and this will be far more beneficial than having to worry that you may be doing something wrong because of 5 degree Fahrenheit.
Besides, does it matter if you get only 134 grams and not 139.673 grams?
It is all about having fun and saying "I made this with my own hands!"
Hope this helps,.........
