You could, but it takes weeks to go back to normal and healthy vegetative health. Once this far into flower, the hormones make it almost impossible to revert back, even with and especially with any clones taken.
You could try, by all means, but I honestly think you are pushing the proverbial up hill.
Poor thing must be terribly root bound too.
If you are determined to try taking any clones, use branches with the least amount of flowering material.
I wish you luck, but realistically, I believe it is just a tad too late for successful re-veging in any sort of reasonable time frame, or with any guarantees of the clones or plant doing what you want it to.
I am not saying it is impossible, but difficult to get it to revert and resume healthy vegetative growth once this many flowering hormones are in the plants system. You would probably have more success by letting it finish flowering then after harvest forcing it back into veg by using the smaller growths left over from the main harvest as it will be depleted of flowering hormones. At this stage now, it is a full throttle hormone junkie determined to only do one thing - grow flowers. If you do keep this plant, transplant ASAP for the best chance of health and strength.
