Is it a benefit to change lighting to less than 12/12 during flowering? I think I want to do 10/14

Benefit? Yes. It'll mature faster. However, less light also means less energy to develop buds, so your yield would suffer a bit.

I know that any light penetrating during the 12 hours of dark screws with growth cycle, but if removing my plants from tent during light for defoliating and watering bad as well? Switching light schedule for an auto and Phototype!I'am growing together an auto and a phototype with 20/4 light circle. For my phototype is about time to change light schedule for flowering, will my auto be badly impacted by switching to a 12/12 light?
