Ready for transplant? First time transplanting.Started my second ever grow and plants are 3 weeks since planted. I have never transplanted before, last run i put the peat pods directly into 5 gallon pots. Are these ones ready for transplant? ARE THESE THRIPS AND/OR SPIDER MITE BITES? Maybe it's a notes issue? Looks like an insect invasion though There is some bite marks on the leaves. I have removed the worst off 20+ leaves and applied a pesticide for spider mites, aphids, scale insects 3 times in last 24hrs. Should I introduce some good bugs? Neem oil? HELP IM SO WORRIED
