Go with either the light duty wire or the stretch tie, may need a combination of both, use the light duty wire like staples when the plant is small then the stretch ties when it's larger to control side limbs

Carbon filter neededDo you really need a carbon filter only doing 2 at a time and the smell isn’t noticeable could do with out the filter and intake fan of the tent give me another 20cm to lift the lights.Lights at 35cm from top of tallest and running a 600w over that one still going to have exhaustWeek 8
