Brown dots on plant

Was chopping one of my plants down and noticed this I checked and it’s the only one showing this and there seems to be like a white sand type material on some of my plants other than that everything is perfect anybody know what this is

I second this looks like a pest infestation.. and a bad one judging by that last pic. I have had the good fortune of not dealing with many pests so far..
I’d trash any bud close to that or with any of that on the actual bud. Sucks but hopefully you’ll have some salvageable.
