En qué mejora que ponga 100w de LED a 30/40cm de las plantas a qué tenga 50w de LED a la misma distancia ? O por ejemplo con 400w de LED a 40/50cm crecerían x(2, 3, 4) veces más rápido?

Iam just tlking about LED quantumboards, because they have most effiency
for each square 60 cm ( 60x60 cm) you will need 100 watt of an high quality quantumboard
the lighttdistance is in the beginning on 70 cm... plants grow towards the light

Light intensityMy plants have been looking sad for a couple weeks. Tried everything then the other night I turned my light down to 40% giving a DLI of 28 they perked right up with 24 hours. I have now put it up to 60% giving a DLI off 39 will this be ok or should I keep it low. Week 2 flower.

Should I use the VEG lights 24x7 from the time I plant my seed until it's ready to bloom, or would something like 18 hours on and 6 hours off make more sense? Is there a "best practice" for veg lighting? It has worked for my first 3 grows. VIPARSPECTRA 600W LED

When did the flowering start?The LED panel, after switching (Ts600 Mars Hydro), stayed slightly on even during the dark hours. I managed to fix the issue, but I'm not sure how to count the flowering period. The plant had shown some differentiation, a few pistils, and a bit of stretching. What do you think?
