Looks good! Lower the intensity and keep the lights on the schedule you want

I have always set my lights like a normal day, growing conditions. I plant my seed pointy end up 1/4 inch down. Lights on set at 18 hours. With soil it can be a little to hot for babies though, meaning to much nutrients. So I always start my girls in a small planter in nutramix hp and feed at 400 ppm 0.8 ec the third day after they sprout. I give them a week to get some nice roots, then I will transplant into the hot soil. They transition very easy when their ready to start feeding on the nutes. You may want to sprinkle a little cinnamon around your babies when they pop to avoid any damping off. Cheers

Hi friend, You can start putting your plant under light when she is sprouted and come out above the soil.Happy growing... ✌️

Hello and congrats on starting your first grow. I always recommend germinating the seeds before planting. Planting the seed directly works also but has a lower sprouting ratio. I would lightly mist your soil with a spray bottle daily until the sprout emerges from the soil. You can leave your light on that's fine. Seedlings like a little bit higher temperature and humidity. Be cautious not to over water in the seedling phase as this is the most delicate phase of the plants life. If the seedling starts looking long and lanky lower your lights. Good luck with your grow!
