Before watering. Give her full day under reduced light to consume excess of water after transplanting and watering.

Dead "skin" on the bottom or mold?What is that? Is it normal? Its like dry and I can peel it off kind of like dead "skin" 🤢 but I'm scared cause idk what that is... should I leave it be? Or its bad?
