Seedling looking fried, it’s yellow but producing very little fried looking true leaves, all my other seedlings are booming but this one seems to be having trouble, bad seed or something I’m doing?

Some plants start off a bit funny, but grow quite normally once they get a bit established. I wouldn't worry too much just yet, but not all seeds grow properly, so planting a reserve may be wise, if indeed this is a bad seed. What tragamaton wrote is complete nonsense, so do not believe a word, true nutrient lockout is caused by extreme pH conditions, not plants "sweating", which is something they are incapable of doing. (Extreme pH is lower than 5.5 or higher than 7.5) Too many nutrients will cause burning/crisp leaves, not slight yellowing. By the way, for those playing along at home, plants transpire. Hope this helps,....... Organoman.

Looks like acidity, nitrogen related burn. I agree with tetragrammaton regarding mostly calcium (and potentially micronutrients), though I've been saying this a lot lately, I'd be thinking mainly calcium for buffering (a bit of magnesium and sulphur with it maybe). Like a mix of gypsum and dolomitic lime, or calcitic lime and epsom salts, something similar.

Too much nutrition too early. Or soil ph is off. My guess is nutrition.

Hi mate, looking at your diary they all seem to be getting the same light. Not a fan of burple but whatever works. I think this is a PH issue causing a slight lockout. You do have a residue on the leaves when you zoom in so your soil may be a little to over fertilised but without other close photos of other I can't be sure. She is a hardy plant so with a little TLC she will bounce back. Good luck and happy growing

Looks to be suffering from high light intensity causing increased perspiration leading to a nutrient lockout of calcium or zinc. Most pre mixed soils are to high in nutrients for some seedlings. Flush with a liter or two of water and let dry out completely. Happy Growing!
