Some plants start off a bit funny, but grow quite normally once they get a bit established.
I wouldn't worry too much just yet, but not all seeds grow properly, so planting a reserve may be wise, if indeed this is a bad seed.
What tragamaton wrote is complete nonsense, so do not believe a word, true nutrient lockout is caused by extreme pH conditions, not plants "sweating", which is something they are incapable of doing. (Extreme pH is lower than 5.5 or higher than 7.5)
Too many nutrients will cause burning/crisp leaves, not slight yellowing.
By the way, for those playing along at home, plants transpire.
