Why the twisting/wrinkled leaves?

Why are the leaves curling/wrinkling/twisting? The plant seems healthy over all, about 9 inches tall/4 weeks old. It looks as if the leaves are too close together causing it to wrinkle, but that also doesn't seem like a correct guess.

Some plants will grow funny leaves for no apparent reason and it is not necessarily an indication of any deficiency or excess. No plant will ever have 100% perfect leaves, 100% of the time. You have nothing to worry about, your plant is fine and more or less normal. The funny leaves will not affect growth, potency or yield. Hope this helps,....... Organoman.

Conjoined top leaves! 1st node top?Is it possible to top a seedling above the 1st node? Obviously not best practice, but this Phantom OG has a weird conjoined twin leave at the top and not another node. after the first one. The sprout was all good but now top of this one is def not right.

Pests on leaves spotted pests on the top of new leaves. By investigating it seems they could be leafhoopers. They're few of them for now. Would neem oil be efficient? Should I be spraying the leaves and a grow medium too?

Leaves damaged I see like a nibbling of the leaves that I don't know if it is due to a splash with wrong doses of neem + soap or maybe to midges I think of soil that are manifesting more and more often. I have 3/4 plants like that, do I take out the three nibbles? and what can I do for midges?

Seedling Stunted Week 2, day 16, the first plant to sprout (Green Fire) still only has it's first leaves (day 8 with cotyledon's). Other plants (separate strain) have now sprouted and surpassed the Green fire in terms of having true leaves. What's going on here?

Slight browning of upper mature leaves Mid week 8 just noticed this color change on the ends of a few fan leaves near the top. It is only noticable on the upper most 4 mature fan leaves. Nothing on the new growth. Nothing on any lower leaves. Any ideas?
