Why the twisting/wrinkled leaves?

Why are the leaves curling/wrinkling/twisting?
The plant seems healthy over all, about 9 inches tall/4 weeks old. It looks as if the leaves are too close together causing it to wrinkle, but that also doesn't seem like a correct guess.

Some plants will grow funny leaves for no apparent reason and it is not necessarily an indication of any deficiency or excess.
No plant will ever have 100% perfect leaves, 100% of the time.
You have nothing to worry about, your plant is fine and more or less normal. The funny leaves will not affect growth, potency or yield.

I don't add any nutrients to the plants. Only organic things during the grow, if something is missing.
The soil is a mix of compost and earth with nutrients (stuff you buy for vegetables).
When you are talking of ppm, what is it about ? Nitrogen ?Week 1

What cause the change of the leaftip color?Plant now about 2 weeks old. After transplanting from small Pot to 5 Liter Pot Size and place under the MarsHydro TSL2000 with 50% lightpower.
2cd Day under the light and in the Growtent, color of the tips change (see pictures).

Too late to defoliate?Is it too late in flowering to defoliate my plant?
