Why is my plant growing so strangely

Hey guys,
So in the photo I have my project, really cheaped out on set up and really not fussed about huge yields, I went to turn my lights off and notices the fan leafs was all over the place, some pointing directly up some spun 90 degrees vertically, is he okay? Thanks x

Light problems just lower them couple inches at a time with good few hours spaced intervals checking and I'm sure you will find your sweet spot you want the leaves praying but not to much your girls are practically trying to stand on thier tip toes to reach the light also another good tip use some reflective foil like tin foil or aluminium foil around the area she is in if you get enough good reflected light around the side of her she will react to that light giving you more spread of light around her

It's really hard for me to tell without seeing your whole grow room, but if I had to guess your lights are to high. If you can lower your lights she won't grow that awkward way. Otherwise she's absolutely fine 💯, I hope this helps and good luck with your grow

Why are the sides curling up? Question not about them pointing down but only about the sides curling up and very small brown pointsWhat is this? Sides r curling up. Day temp didn't get over 23 degrees night temp is +- 12 so I don't think she got too hot. Points bit yellow Saw this yesterday evening too, today at 1 plant a little bit. They're probably pointing down because of the low night temp so that's ok
