Hey there, interesting question, but I will tell you what : at that age the plant can tolerate quite high temps and humidity (actually you can even increase yout humidity by covering your seedling!) But what I see is a more dangerous problem. I know you're not directly asking about that but what I can see is that there has been a bit of overwatering and the high temp has caused some kind of root problem probably "water mold" which is what is causing that cupping that looks like heat stress but it's actually root problems not exactly heat stress. For the root problems you want to break down the problem roots with a chelation agent for example enzymes, humic and fluvik acids, amino acids , h2o2 diluted to 0.3-3% or beneficial bacteria.... Do this and keep a strict wet dry cycle if you don't want your plants to die! In the meantime to get the temperature down in the grow room you basically have to pump cold air in so if you use ice bottles don't put them inside put them just before the intake fan. Basically unless the outside of your room is 25C the inside will never be under 27C... So you need an ac or if you want there's a cheaper solution called "evaporative cooler" and you can put that directly inside your grow room. Hope this helps 🚀
