So since I'm into DIY stuff I was thinking to craft something like a cooltube and I'm not sure how the glass will impact the light intensity and which type of glass have the minimum value on filtering the light like also IR and UV. There are not much option except borosilicate...

Thinner the better I think. I only say that from looking at my old ones they have all been very thin easy to crack glass plus its light weight too.

Distance from bulb or from reflector?I found content about the distance from grow lights to the plants. I Know that using a 250w MH bulb the distance should be in a range from 20cm to 30cm. But i dont know If I should measure the distance from the glass of the reflector or from the bulb itself to the plants. Help!Week 3

Too little lightI have now tried removing the WPM by smiering 40/60 milk/water on the affected areas. Deep inside the canopy aswell since little to no airflow passes here due to the plant being so deep in the pot. And apart from that the plant recieves 8 hours of light and I cant install a LED.4 years ago
