What are optimal PPFD

Anyone have a quick and easy rule/suggestion for PPFD & lux for plants in Seedling, Vegetative & Flowering states? Lots of divergent answers online.
At plant top right now I'm currently at ~1000PPFD and the lux readings are 49,000-51,000. What are 'best practices' for this?

Lowest numbers to hit:
Seedlings: 200-300 μMols
Vegetative:
306 μMols
Flowering:
463 μMols
If you want to increase the amount of light from 20 to 40 moles per day, resulting in higher yields, you simply need to double the numbers above, but not the Seedling stage – 308 PPFD to 616 PPFD during the vegetative phase, and 463 PPFD to 925 PPFD during the flowering phase.

Thanks Cannabeast40 & Aquemini! did some lights adjusting and moving my lights from ~16" inches up to ~19" ends up at around 650PPFD and I'm right around 42K Lux, which seems like a reasonable place to be. I'll return them down low once I hit the flowering stage.

It's not exact, it's all about preference. But here's some good information to go by but even this is outdated I believe. I don't think this accounts for Co2 grows that can use MUCH more light.
Recommended PPFD levels for the establishment phase of cannabis are 75-150 µmol/m²/s for cuttings, and 100-300 µmol/m²/s for seedlings. For cannabis in the vegetative stage, PPFD levels of 300-600 µmol/m²/s are recommended and may be increased to over 600 µmol/m²/s in the reproductive phase.

Is closer to the light much better?Is the light closer better? I have a VIPARSPECTRA 1000W LED Grow Light (10W LED ,x100) and it says during veg 18-26 and flowering distance at 18-24”. Posible quemadura?Every time I go into flowering, this happens to me and I can't find a solution. I use a 1.20 x 1.20 tent and I have a 730w LED; I'm starting to think that the light is too powerful and the plants are suffering from heat. There were two days when it reached 32 degrees, and I'm currently at 29/30.

LED light recommendationI am going to need a new LED light to hang from the ceiling. I am looking for a light that has the red/blue spectrum. A dimmer switch would be awesome- the ones I read about that include-seedling, veg and flowering settings sound amazing.
