I am growing critical purple from growers choice seeds and it is towards the end of the first week of veg for me and I noticed the middle of the leafs/ stems turn purple and I was wondering if that is normal

Yes, it is normal for some plants and nothing to worry about.
It is after all, called "Critical Purple" for a reason.

Is it time to flush? , could I benefit fade from flushing at just the right timing?When a plant genetic says 8 weeks. Does this mean 8 weeks and chop. Or 8 weeks and flush.
