To smoke or consume moldy, weed its NUTS. Google it !!! Putting more fans now - could make more harm, you will let infection to spread more and easier. If they are close to ready - just chop them. Infected buds cover with plastic bag( put around your hand and just take this bud to palm), cut it and dispose safely and far, all mold multiplies by spores, they hang in air. Any mold fight is a lost fight, take damage, clean everything very well, rethink plant size, ventilation for next grow and good luck !

Uh, one possibility is spider mites dude (coz you do mention spider web, though I can't see it). I've seen similar bud rot shit with spider mites. They LOVE dry, stagnant air. So check that out, see if you find little red thingies or perhaps actual stringy web shit. To get rid of that, well, you can use a blower or something, or at worst, rinse it in a bit of hydrogen peroxide or similar to salvage if you actually do have bad mite issues. I really don't see mildew though so it makes mold budrot kinda unlikely (imo).

Which is to say, I think that's OK. Yes, some of those parts died (dried), but it's fine. Those golden brownish (make sure it's not got powdery, white, grey black shit...coz then it's DEFINITELY mold) areas will be like CBN and CBD rather than THC heavy if you smoke it. It basically just decarboxylates due to that senescence (I've personally grown an enormous amount of plants/strains all through the year so I've seen a lot of shit).

Mildew can happen in flowering in, particularly DROUGHT. Yes, either too dry or too wet causes mildew. Then, that promotes budrot. BUT, in your case, I think that's senescene. Those stigmas are spent. You need to chop that (imo).

Looks like mold unfortunately. Do you have fans also. A dehumidifier would make a dry spot but without proper air circulation as well, humid areas will form. For a 10 plant tent you would need at least like 5 to 6 fans. If your big(fan) leaves don't shutter a little then you have low circulation. Cut it off and save for edibles if that's something you do.
