Leaf tip burning can indicate a slight over feed or a slight under feed though this looks more like a toxicity of nitrogen if you ask me :)

Could possibly be the beginning of light burn, your plants look very short which indicates the light is also too close. But failing that it could be a ph problem or slight lack of pk nutrients. Good luck in sorting it out

Have a look at my light bleached plants, they yellowed as well. Mine was definitely light bleached as I raised lights leaf tips come out green again. Increased my nutes so definitely mine were bleached and one started moving into the leak just like yours. But I dont know only been doing this for 45 yrs.
