Didn't realize I had photoperiod. 20 weeks later, do I need to do anything different now that I want to flower?

Didn't realize that I had photoperiod seed to start my DWC grow. 20 WEEKS IN and I just switched lights to 12/12. Do I need to do anything different/be concerned about based on the long veg time? Overall plant seems to be OK.

Nothing different , just different light schedule also if you're using nutrients , switch to bloom ones - and watch her getting even bigger But wow, 20 weeks 😲 - would like to see some pics of that 😆

Thanks for the responses. Trying to figure out how to add pictures. The plant is about 24 inches right now. I've been LST pretty consistently. Don't think I want to deal with a scrog since it's not in a tent or anything like that. I may have to get creative with the lights, but they are CFL which is helpful for this situation. I noticed the beginning of the flower stage today. Should be a fun ride for the next 3-4 weeks! Wish me luck. Oh, and how do I add photos to this question thread?

No pictures, no diaries, hard to tell you. You may have to super crop to fit your space or trim of some branches and leaves from the lower portion of your plant. You may run out of height.

ScrOG them and just keep tucking wherever you can. Otherwise they will be trees...lol most plants double-triple in size after flip. Keep a very close eye on your light height and don’t let them stretch. A second screen about a foot above will help as well, gives you a second screen to tuck across if you run out of room and trim everything bellow the first screen about a week into flower to help stunt the growth during the first 3 weeks of stretch. If you can pull it off a plant that size will possibly give you a pound harvest spread out properly in DWC. You will need a way to change the water though without removing the plant off your bucket. I grow big DWC plants as well, got 4 now that did about 12-15 weeks veg. 2 of my plants fill a 4x8 tent double screened. Check out my recent Cement Shoes diary, I take a plant that was just topped and let go in DWC for 15 weeks and then turn it from a 4 foot tall plant to a 1 foot tall ScrOG. Hope this helps, cheers 💨

20 weeks in ? wow i would like to see a picture of that. Have you been training or is it outdoors how come you have vegged it for so long ? is one question the other is well space is gunna be a concern for you vegging a photo for that long shes gunna have tons of reserves shes put aside for the flowering now she will litrally explode and well depends on the training you have done and where it is to concern if your going to be able to control it. if you have trained it in a scrog net and you have a nice even canopy thats low then you maybe okay but without pictures kinda hard to tell :) Best of luck anyway gunna be a monster in a few weeks :)
