seedling and vege in one tent

Has anyone tried using just one tent for a seedling and 2 weeks old vege? I have germinated two seeds almost 3 weeks ago and the other one is looks unhealthy near to dying so I would like to germinate another seed just to not waste electricity (I live in a tropical country).

Yes I do this all the time.. no real worries with it. Just be conscious of light intensity
