To bend or not to bend?

I have two (auto) plants growing, 1 is 100 cm other is 70 cm. Plant is producing many flowers. The top of the biggest plant is 55 cm from light source (600W HPS). Should I try bending the top away from the light? Or will I stress the plant too much if I do that?

I would tie and pull them down if your running out of head room. Autos like to be stress free and bending/snapping branches gives them much stress. Cheers

Keep the apicals away from the sodium.
You can tie the apicals to the corners of the cabinet to keep them away from the light.
Since they will keep stretching.
Better now than later when further along in flowering.

Adding soilIf i prune the bottom of my plant then add soil, will new roots grow in that area? or at least will some old roots move into that new area?
Didn't fill the pot enough to begin with.. Plant 2 in my diary, Day 40 since planting seed.

Photos at 20Any thoughts about growing photos with autos at 20 & 4, and then switching to 12 & 12 when the autos are done flowering. Or would it have to be 24 on until the autos are done? I came across some sherbet seeds from a good bag of store-bought weed. Super healthy looking seeds.Week 1
