Newer leaf turning yellow is a sign of potassium deficiency. Typically older leaves near the bottom turning yellow is nitrogen since nitrogen is able to be taken from the old leaves and used at the top for new growth. Potassium unfortunately does not do that and will show up on new leaves first if the soil is lacking potassium for the plant.
I would up your potassium in your mix. Often times your local garden shop will have a 0-0-10 mix you could grab and add that to your nutrient mix as well for the added boost.
Hope this helps.
